Shipping Policy

At Taylor & Cambria we strive to make sure you have the best shopping experience with us! That's why we always try to find the fastest and safest shipping method available for you. Orders typically take 1-2 days to process before being shipped. Shipping times vary and may take 5-14 days to arrive. We try to ensure a tracking number is available for every order and will provide this to our customers once it is available to us. Sign up for text message alerts at checkout for updated tracking information on your package. If your order is taking longer than 14 days to arrive or you are unable to track your package, please contact our customer service team at support@taylorcambria.com. 

***Please note: Taylor & Cambria assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once your package leaves our facility. Please ensure the delivery information you provided when placing your order with us is correct. What do I do if my package says "delivered" by the shipping carrier? Please wait at least 24 hours before contacting us, to make sure it doesn't turn up. If your package still has not turned up, let us know. We would be happy to contact the shipping carrier on your behalf for more information or to investigate further. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the package. They may also vary depending on the shipping destination. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address when placing your order. Please also note we may not be able to ship to PO Boxes in certain instances, this will depend on the size of your package. We provide free shipping on US/Domestic orders over $100.00. 

International Shipping

We are currently offering international shipping in select countries. Our return policies still apply to all international orders. Shipping times will be extended for international orders, and may take longer than 14 days. For more information on our return polices please visit the Returns page. We do our best to provide the most accurate shipping calculations upon checkout, however there may be additional duty/taxes related to your purchase.
